Assistant Superintendent
You’ll work with an experienced team who will develop and mentor you as you continue your path to Lead Super with clear processes and structure.
Join a firm that has been in business for decades and is one of the city’s key mid-sized players in commercial interiors. They’ve got a strong pipeline of work, large upcoming projects and are now seeking an Assistant Superintendent who can be trained into a Lead Super.
The firm predominantly works in Manhattan, and also NJ and CT. Projects are typically $2m—$10 m but will include larger projects up to $20/30m. Clients are within the financial services, tech, healthcare, media, and legal industries and they have longstanding relationships with many of the city’s landlords and building owners.
On offer:
- Base salary circa $85,000 - $115,000
- Performance bonuses

About you:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Construction Superintendent or similar role in NYC
- Experience working on interior fit out/ renovation projects in Manhattan preferred
- Proficiency in Procore preferred
