Superintendent - Commercial Interiors

Connecticut

Live in Connecticut and tired of commuting into the city every day?

Due to a large pipeline of work in Western CT, a Manhattan based GC/CM needs to bring on a Super based in CT to oversee these projects. There is no expectation for you to work in NYC.

The size of projects is typically $2m - $10m and will include commercial interior fit outs and MEP upgrades.

About you:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC and/ or CT
Must have experience running commercial interior projects $1M+
OSHA SST 62
Proficiency in Procore preferred
