Superintendent - Commercial Interiors
You'll oversee projects for clients in the financial services, banking, tech, healthcare, media, and legal industries. You'll often work with repeat clients, including many of the city's biggest landlords and building owners.
You'll have a healthy pipeline of work ahead of you going well into 2026 and be part of a 120+ strong team.
Projects are commercial interiors predominantly in Manhattan, although the firm also works in NJ and CT. The size of projects are typically $2m - $10m but will include larger jobs up to $40/50m, with a $100m job underway.
This firm has been in business for decades and is one of the city’s key mid-sized players in the commercial interior sector in New York.
