Junior Preconstruction Manager
Step into preconstruction without needing years of experience.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established NYC general contractor where preconstruction is taken seriously, and where you’ll be trained properly from day one. You won’t be expected to know everything. You’ll be supported to learn it, with a clear development plan and excellent onboarding.
You’ll work alongside experienced estimators and precon leaders, getting exposure to how projects are shaped.
What stands out here is the environment. Low turnover, direct access to leadership, and a track record of people joining early in their careers and building long-term progression within the business. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to build real capability in preconstruction with an established and busy construction company.
