The Challenge

A boutique Owner’s Representative and Project Management firm sought a Senior Project Manager to join the team.  
The task was to find a candidate with niche project experience relevant to the firm and prior experience in an Owner’s Rep role – as quickly as possible.

Our Solution

This was a pressing need for the firm, given a big pipeline of upcoming work, and yet very important we find a candidate with right experience and cultural fit with the team.

Our commitment was to provide a full shortlist of suitable candidates ready to interview within four weeks and we achieved this with time to spare.

Following 50 screening conversations, 8 candidates were shortlisted, leading to six finalists and one successful hire, with a pipeline of multiple suitable candidates for the next upcoming hire.
