Senior Project Manager – Owner/ Operator

Bring your construction and MEP experience to an Owner/ operator with a growing portfolio of commercial projects focusing on premium fitness and wellness.
With multiple locations already in operation, and several more planned over the next 4-5 years, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of construction procurement, contractor management, project delivery, and technical oversight across multiple active projects.
This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on a growing portfolio of flagship developments.
You'll lead projects from the point completed construction documents are issued through contractor procurement, construction delivery, commissioning, and closeout.
You'll own the competitive bid process, develop bid packages, level proposals, negotiate with contractors, and make recommendations that balance cost, quality, schedule, and risk.
Once construction is underway, you'll act as the owner's representative, managing contractor performance, reviewing pay applications, negotiating change orders, monitoring schedules, and ensuring projects remain on track.
You'll also play a key role in overseeing complex MEP systems, including high-humidity HVAC environments, pool systems, saunas, steam rooms, and other specialty building systems commonly found in luxury fitness and wellness facilities.
About you:
The ideal person combines technical credibility with commercial awareness. You'll know when to challenge a contractor, when to collaborate, and how to maintain accountability without damaging relationships.
You'll be comfortable on site, confident in front of leadership, and capable of identifying issues before they become problems.
