Senior Project Manager – Owner’s Representation
We’re working with an owner’s rep and construction consultancy that advises developers through every stage of the development lifecycle – from early due diligence and entitlement through construction and final delivery. Their portfolio includes ground-up multifamily, affordable housing and adaptive reuse, and institutional projects.
They’re now hiring a Senior Project Manager with New York/ Tri-State experience – someone with the depth of experience and local knowledge to represent clients on developments. These developments will be focused on affordable housing projects so knowledge of delivering these projects is essential.
You’ll work from home, with travel to meetings and construction sites as needed, giving you true flexibility and the autonomy to manage your own schedule.
