Construction Estimator
Shape and lead an Estimating team, as the first full-time Estimator for a small but growing construction company.
Instead of stepping into a fixed structure, you'd own and build the estimating function from the ground up. It’s an interesting opportunity for someone who wants more ownership than a typical estimating role, with a path straight into a leadership role.
That includes shaping how the team is set up, putting the right processes in place, selecting and implementing the software tools you’ll use (your choice), and building a team around you as the business grows.
The company delivers a mix of corporate interior and hospitality projects $1m and above in value, and the pipeline of work is strong. They need someone comfortable leading lump sum bidding on commercial interior construction projects in NYC and taking responsibility for how estimating is done across the business.
Culturally, it’s a small, entrepreneurial environment. If the idea of being part of a small, tight-knit team in a growing business is exciting, this could be a great fit.
There’s also real flexibility with 2 or 3 days working from home each week.
