Construction Superintendent - Commercial Interiors
Join a firm with a long and proud reputation in the New York commercial interiors market. You'll oversee projects for clients in financial services, banking, tech, healthcare, media, and for many of the city's biggest landlords and building owners. Over 85% of projects come from repeat clients.
Projects are commercial interiors predominantly in Manhattan. Project sizes are typically $2m-$10m but will include an increasing number of projects in the $20m-30m range.
This is a business that is organized with clear processes and will continue to grow. They’re looking for self-starters with solid understanding of commercial interior construction to grow with the firm.
On offer:
· Base salary up to $190k
· Annual Performance bonuses
· Health/ dental/ vision
· 401K with company match
About you:
· Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC
· Must have experience running commercial interior projects in Manhattan
· OSHA SST 62
· Proficiency in Procore
