Development Project Manager – Real Estate Developer
Join a busy developer and take the leading role on a large office-to-residential conversion.
This is the kind of role where you’ll be involved in the full development lifecycle, not just one piece of it.
You’ll work closely with leadership as well as external consultants, contractors, and city agencies to move the project from design and permitting through construction, marketing, and close-out, helping keep a complex conversion project moving.
You’ll have been involved in at least one conversion, major renovation, or ground-up condo project, and be comfortable coordinating architects and design team, engineers, contractors, and internal teams through the different stages of development.
This is an opportunity to join a growing development firm with a strong pipeline through 2030. You’ll have real visibility across projects and the chance to play a meaningful role in delivering major developments across New York City.
