Lead Superintendent – Ground-Up Multifamily (Brooklyn)
If you’ve already delivered ground-up multifamily projects in NYC and want to take full ownership with the backing of a stable pipeline and a tight, no-nonsense team, this could be of interest.
You’d be stepping into a lead role on an 8-story, 180,000 SF multifamily development in Brooklyn. Future projects would be across NYC, with an emphasis on Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.
The business itself is a well-established NYC-based GC/CM with a strong track record across affordable housing, market-rate rental, and mixed-use developments. They’ve delivered thousands of units across the city and continue to grow through long-term partnerships, repeat clients, and a consistent pipeline of work already lined up this year, with multiple developers, several of which have long term partnerships in place, feeding them consistent work.
