Superintendent - Commercial Interiors

Live in Connecticut and tired of commuting into the city every day?
You'll oversee projects for clients in financial services, banking, tech, healthcare, media, and legal industries. You'll often work with repeat clients, including many of the city's biggest landlords and building owners.
You'll have a healthy pipeline of work ahead of you and be part of a 120+ strong team.
Projects are commercial interiors predominantly in Manhattan, although the firm also works in CT, NJ, and MA. Due to a large pipeline of work in Central and North CT, there is a need to bring on a Lead Super based in CT to oversee these projects.
The size of projects is typically $2m - $10m but will include larger jobs up to $20/30m
This firm has been in business for decades and is one of the city’s key mid-sized players in the commercial interior sector in New York.
On offer:
- Base salary circa $140k - $170k
- Performance bonuses
- Profit sharing

About you:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC and/ or CT
- Must have experience running commercial interior projects $2M+
- OSHA SST 62
- Proficiency in Procore preferred
