Owner’s Representative Project Manager

This role is with a boutique, fast-growing owner’s representation and advisory firm managing high-end residential projects in NYC.

You’ll quickly take ownership of multiple projects end-to-end, acting as the central point between clients, consultants, and contractors, in a client facing role.

Projects typically run 2-3 years, giving you full exposure from concept through completion.

It’s a small team right now, but one that’s going to scale, and will offer huge opportunity to anyone that joins the team on the ground level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading projects from pre-development through delivery
  • Hiring and managing architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Building and managing project schedules and budgets
  • Acting as the primary client contact for high-net-worth individuals
  • Solving problems in real time

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience managing projects in High-end residential or hospitality projects or experience managing projects on the developer side as a Project Manager
  • Experience running projects end-to-end and oversight of the full project lifecycle
  • Comfortable building schedules and budgets yourself
  • Confident managing multiple trades and stakeholders
  • Excited by a start-up/ entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously

On Offer:

  • Base salary circa $150,000 – $175,000
  • Uncapped profit share on projects brought in (paid monthly not annually)
  • Flexibility
