Assistant Project Manager

The initial project you will support is a multi-phase corporate interior project in Manhattan with high-end finishes. Each floor is up to $15-20m and involves new staircases and MEP upgrades. Once this is completed, future projects will be Manhattan based, and will include corporate interiors, hospitality, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops. Typical projects are $2-10m and will include larger projects up to $40-50m.

About you:
- 2-4+ years’ experience as Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer with a construction company
- Experience with RFI’s, submittals, change orders, project close-out
- College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture
- Proficiency in Procore preferred
