Assistant Project Manager

Projects will be Manhattan-based and will include corporate interiors, hospitality, lobby renovations, MEP upgrades, amenity spaces, and rooftops. Typical projects are $2m-10m and will include larger complex interior and renovation projects up to $50m.

About you:
- Minimum 2-4+ years’ experience as Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer with an NYC-based construction company
- Experience with RFI’s, submittals, change orders, project close-out
- College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Procore preferred
