Assistant Project Manager

Help deliver an 80,000sf $30m project in Hicksville, Long Island.

You’ll join a company that’s been in business for over 50 years, and specializes in building animal hospitals, veterinary clinics, car dealerships and other commercial projects.

They complete projects through NY and NJ and have completed projects up and down the Esat Coast.

On Offer:

· Base salary circa $80k-100k

· Health insurance allowance

· 401K

· Performance bonuses

About you:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer with an NYC-based construction company

· Experience with RFI’s, submittals, change orders, project close-out

· Proficiency in Procore preferred
