Assistant Superintendent – Commercial Interiors – NYC
You’ll be trained into a Lead Super with a company that has been in the New York construction market for decades

Projects will primarily be in Manhattan and will include full scope and multi-floor renovations, infrastructure upgrades, lobby renovations, and fit-outs for building owners, and clients, including financial services, law firms, tech firms, medical, media, and other corporate clients. The company is based in Manhattan and completes work across NY, NJ, CT, and MA.

About you:
- 2-4 years experience as Assistant Construction Superintendent in NYC
- Experience working on interior/ renovation projects is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Procore is advantageous but not required
- OSHA 30/ SST
