Assistant Superintendent

Projects throughout New York City include renovations, typically $3m—$20m, and some ground-up/ core and shell projects. Projects will include hospitality, higher education, retail, institutional, cultural, and commercial interiors for a broad range of repeat and new clients.

About you:
- 1-3 years experience as Assistant Construction Superintendent in NYC
- Experience working on interior/ renovation projects is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Procore/ Timberline is advantageous but not required
- OSHA 30/ SST
