Estimator - Civil Construction
You’ll take the lead on all bidding and estimates for the sitework and civil division of an established but growing contractor
You’ll join a team of three, and be supported by an experienced VP of Preconstruction and Estimating with administrative support

Is based in Raleigh and completes commercial and public work projects throughout North Carolina. They’ve been in business for decades and are entering the next phase of growth in revenue and growing employee numbers. It’s a laid-back culture, not corporate, but high energy and results-driven when it comes to bidding and winning quality work.
You have experience in:
- Civil/ sitework/ grading projects
- Take-offs
- Hard bids and private/ negotiated work
- Local Raleigh market experience is preferred but not essential
What you’ll receive
- Base salary circa $100,000 - $140,000 (flexible depending on your experience)
- Vehicle allowance
