Lead Superintendent

If you know Buffalo construction inside and out, this could be the 2025 opportunity for you.
You’ll be the lead Super on Buffalo-based commercial interior projects, backed by a strong PM and leadership team that actually knows how to support you. The firm has a solid reputation, decades in the business, and a pipeline full of work across multiple states—including Florida, Delaware, and Illinois. But right now, they need someone who knows Buffalo, or at least someone willing to commit to it long-term.
Projects range from $2M–$10M, but if you like bigger jobs, they’ve tackled projects up to $100M.

What you need to bring:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
- Experience running commercial interior projects
- Buffalo experience preferred (or a commitment to being here)
- Proficiency in Procore is a plus
