Superintentent – Commercial Interiors

 

Join a mid-sized and growing GC with a solid pipeline of upcoming work across NYC with repeat clients and an expanding portfolio.

 

Projects are typically Manhattan-based but can be throughout NYC and Long Island. They’ll include corporate interiors, retail, hospitality, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, and rooftops. Typical projects are $2-5m and will include larger projects up to $10-30m.

 

This role is ideal for either an up-and-coming Super who’s looking for a mid-size firm to grow with, and the opportunity to take on larger and more complex projects. Or, if you are a more experienced interiors super and are looking for a stable and busy firm to join, please get in touch.

About you

·        Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Construction Superintendent role in NYC

·        Experience supervising corporate interior projects up to $5m

·        Proficiency in Procore preferred
