Lead Superintendent – Commercial Interiors

Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades. While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, they'll also complete larger projects in the $30-50m range.

About you:
- Minimum 7-10+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent in NYC
- Experience running corporate interior projects as Lead Super
- OSHA SST 62
- Proficiency in Procore
