Construction Project Manager
One more project as the second in command, then you’ll lead the next.

Join a GC/ CM with a big pipeline of work, several large projects under construction, and more slated for next year.
Working with a Senior PM and Project Executive, You’ll be second in command on a ground-up residential project of 100,000sf+ and over 600 units in Brooklyn. The project is underway, with at least 12 more months of construction left.
Once that's completed, you'll manage ground-up projects across NYC, including multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing. They'll typically range from $20m to $100m+, although current projects are up to $200m and have included buildings of up to 55 stories. This firm has strong, long-lasting relationships with active developers and multiple projects in the pipeline.
On offer:
- Base salary circa $170k - $200k

About you
- Circa 7-10 years experience as a Project Manager working on ground-up projects in NYC, including multi-family residential/ mixed-use/ hotels/ affordable housing
- Experience working on ground-up construction projects from start to completion
- Construction-related degree preferred but not essential
