Previous projects have included multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing. They'll typically range from $20m to $100m+, although current projects are up to $200m and have included buildings of up to 55 stories. This firm has strong, long-lasting relationships with active developers and multiple projects in the pipeline.
About you
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Project Management roles working on ground-up projects in NYC, including multi-family residential/ mixed-use/ hotels/ affordable housing
- Proven experience as a Senior PM, overseeing project teams on large, ground-up construction projects in NYC
- Experience working on ground-up construction projects from start to completion
- Construction-related degree preferred but not essential
