If you're an NYC-based superintendent with experience in commercial interiors and interested in continuing your field career with a mid-sized GC/CM with a long and established history in New York City, this might interest you.
This firm does not hire often, preferring to promote from within and grow their talent internally.
However, because several of their long-standing supers are nearing retirement age, now is the time to bring on the next generation of Lead and Senior Supers, who can benefit from the firm's extensive experience amongst its field teams.
Commercial interior projects are based in Manhattan and completed for clients in finance, retail, tech, media, law, non-profits, and charter schools. The firm also has long-standing partnerships with many of NYC’s largest building owners and landlords.
On offer:
- Base salary circa $150,000-$165,000
- Overtime & Comp time policy

About you:
- Circa 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent in NYC
- Experience running commercial interior projects in Manhattan as Lead Super
- OSHA SST 62
- Proficiency in Procore preferred
