Senior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, they’ve completed projects of up to $100m, with several projects in the $20-$40m range slated during 2025. We’re looking for a Senior PM to lead these larger projects and start in time to be involved with pre-construction from the beginning.
Projects are in Manhattan and will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades for many blue-chip clients and the city’s largest landlords and building owners.
On offer:
- Base salary circa $175,000 – $215,000

About you:
- Minimum 7/8+ years’ experience as a Lead PM in NYC
- Experience running projects in a Senior PM capacity, with oversight of more junior PM’s
- Experience running corporate interior projects above $10m+ in NYC
- Proficiency in Procore
- A college degree in a construction-related field is preferred but not essential
