Senior Project Manager – Owner’s Representation (NYC-Based)
We’re working with a boutique owner’s rep and construction consultancy that advises developers through every stage of the development lifecycle - from early due diligence and entitlement through construction and final delivery. Their portfolio includes ground-up multifamily, adaptive reuse, and institutional projects across New York.
They’re now hiring a Senior Project Manager to be based in New York City - someone with the depth of experience and local knowledge to represent clients on high-value, complex developments.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects in New York City.
- Full-cycle project exposure: entitlement, budgeting, design management, permitting, and construction oversight.
- Strong grasp of local development processes and consultant/agency coordination.
- The confidence to lead independently, and the judgement to know when to engage others.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary up to $220,000
