This position provides the opportunity to work as a Senior Project Manager within a boutique and busy Owner’s Representative firm, with responsibility spanning the full project lifecycle. The role is client-facing and advisory in nature, requiring sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to lead teams through complex situations.
You’ll represent the client from planning through close-out, with ownership of budgets, schedules, monthly cost reporting, and risk management. The role includes leading consultant and contractor coordination, chairing key meetings, and maintaining clear, accurate reporting throughout the life of each project.
You’ll also prepare RFPs, manage consultant and contractor selection processes, and prepare contracts. A core expectation is the ability to anticipate issues, advise clients clearly, and resolve problems with confidence and diplomacy.
About you
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Management role with an owner’s rep or consulting firm
- Experience in a Senior PM Position with oversight of other PM’s preferred but not essential, if SPM is your next step, please reach out
- Demonstrated responsibility for cost reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience leading consultants, contractors, and client meetings
- Exposure to RFPs, selection processes, and contracts
- Technical degrees are preferred but not essential
