Lead Superintendent – Ground Up Construction
You’re a builder.
You’ve taken buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and prefer working on big projects.
The thought of running a large, complex, mixed-use project doesn’t intimidate you, it fires you up.
You’d be the lead on a large project in Brooklyn that is due for completion in 2028. The rest of the team is in place; you’re the only missing piece of the puzzle right now.
Once that job’s finished, you’ll oversee the field operations on ground-up/ core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx. Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing. Projects can typically range from $20m to $200m+ and have included projects of up to 55 stories.
We need a Super with a proven track record for taking 20+ story projects out of the ground. If that's you, and you want to work with a firm partnered with some of the city's most active developers who just keep on building, please get in touch.

- Base salary $275k-$350k+ (negotiable)

About you
- NYC DOB Superintendents License
- Proven experience taking buildings out of the ground, of a minimum 20 stories and above
- Experience working on high-end residential/ mixed-use ground-up construction projects from start to completion in NYC
