This position provides the opportunity to work as a Senior Project Manager within a boutique and busy Owner’s Representative firm, with responsibility spanning the full project lifecycle. The role is client-facing and advisory in nature, requiring sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to lead teams through complex situations.
You’ll represent the client from planning through close-out, with ownership of budgets, schedules, monthly cost reporting, and risk management. The role includes leading consultant and contractor selection and coordination, chairing key meetings, and maintaining clear, accurate reporting throughout the life of each project.
Projects are varied and challenging, and you’ll work with a wide range of clients, so a diverse project portfolio is preferred.
About you
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Management role with an owner’s rep or consulting firm
- Experience in a Senior PM Position
- Previous experience overseeing other PM’s preferred
- Demonstrated responsibility for cost reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience leading consultants, contractors, and client meetings
- Exposure to RFPs, selection processes, and contracts
- Technical degrees are preferred but not essential

- Base salary $160k-$185k + bonus
