Assistant Project Manager

Projects will be throughout New York City and will include renovations typically $3m - $20m, and ground-up/ core and shell projects. Projects will include hospitality, higher education, retail, institutional, cultural, and commercial interiors across a broad range of repeat and new clients.

About you:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer with a construction company
- College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture
- Experience with RFI’s, submittals, change orders, project close-out
- Proficiency in Procore is preferred but not essential
