Lead Superintendent – Ground Up Construction

You’re a builder.

You’ve taken buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and prefer working on big, challenging projects.

You’ll oversee the field operations on ground-up/ core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx. Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing.

The initial project is a 20+ story mixed-use building in Brooklyn. As a Lead Super, you'll see this project through to its completion in 2026.

On offer:

Base salary $225k - $250k
Performance bonuses
Health/ dental/ vision
401k with company match

About you

NYC DOB Superintendents License
Experience taking buildings out of the ground, ideally 20+stories
Experience working on high-end residential/ mixed-use ground-up construction projects from start to completion
