Superintendent - Commercial Interiors
You'll have a healthy pipeline of work ahead of you and be part of a 120+ strong team with a firm that's been in business for decades and is one of the city’s key players in the commercial interior sector in New York.
You'll oversee projects for clients in financial services, banking, tech, healthcare, media, and legal industries. You'll often work with repeat clients, including many of the city's biggest landlords and building owners.
Projects are commercial interiors predominantly in Manhattan, although the firm also works in CT, NJ, and MA. The size of projects you'll manage are typically up to $10m, although the firm completes larger jobs, including an upcoming project of $100m+
On offer:
- Base salary circa $140k - $180k
- Performance bonuses

About you:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC
- Must have experience running commercial interior projects $2M+
- OSHA SST 62
- Proficiency in Procore preferred
