This contractor has built a reputation over decades for successfully delivering large, complex public works and state agency projects. Their portfolio includes everything from major educational facilities to transportation and civic infrastructure - projects that directly impact millions of people.
You’d be joining the preconstruction team at their New Jersey office, working side by side with the Chief Estimator and project leaders to take ownership of the MEP portion of bids on projects ranging from $20M to $200M. It’s a role where you’ll be trusted, supported, and able to see the impact of your work on landmark projects across NJ and NY.

About you:
- 5–10 years’ estimating experience
- Ideally with exposure to public works in NY/NJ
- Preference is full MEP experience, but open to Electrical/ Mechanical Estimators ready to broaden their remit
On Offer
- Base Salary $130,000 - $175,000
