Senior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors
Join a New York commercial interiors leader poised for a very busy 2025, with a start date in January.
Why it’s worth considering:
While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, they’ve completed projects of up to $100m, with several projects in the $20-30m range slated for Q1 and Q2 of 2025. We’re looking for a Senior PM to lead these larger projects and start in time to be involved with pre-construction from the beginning.
Projects are in Manhattan and will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades for many blue-chip clients and the city’s largest landlords and building owners.
