Lead Construction Projects Across a Diverse Residential Portfolio.

We’re seeking a Project Manager to take the lead on renovation and CAPEX projects across a portfolio of 100+ multifamily communities. With assets ranging from pre-war buildings to 1960s garden-style properties, this is an opportunity to significantly impact a wide variety of construction initiatives, working on the owner’s side.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Overseeing day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects
  • Coordinating inspections, site logistics, materials sourcing, and subcontractor performance
  • Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and scopes of work
  • Conducting site inspections and minimizing punch list items
  • Monitoring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications
  • Documenting project progress through reports and photo archives
  • Ensuring all renovation work meets portfolio standards
  • This role involves extensive travel across the New Jersey portfolio, so comfort with being on the road and on-site is essential.

About you:

  • Circa 5+ years of experience managing residential multifamily construction projects as a PM/ Superintendent with a GC/CM or other property owner/manager
  • Experience in apartment renovations/ residential properties (pre-war building experience preferred)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
