Construction Superintendent – New Jersey Projects
Lead On-Site Construction Across a Diverse Residential Portfolio.
We’re seeking a hands-on Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction activities across a portfolio of over 100 multifamily communities. With assets ranging from pre-war buildings to 1960s garden-style communities, you’ll be the boots on the ground, bringing renovation and CAPEX projects to life while working on the owner’s side.
This role is all about execution. You’ll be on-site overseeing the work, coordinating crews, materials, inspections, and logistics, and ensuring things get done safely, correctly, and on schedule. Projects can go up to $1 million, and you’ll be involved in them from start to punch list closeout.
It’s a wide-ranging scope, covering everything from HVAC and carpentry to paving and masonry. You’ll have the autonomy to make real-time decisions, manage your own day, and own the results.
And you’ll be supported by a solid internal team that knows how to get things done.
