You’ll manage high-value interior construction projects across NYC, gaining hands-on experience in complex, occupied spaces where precision and communication are key. With a clear route to managing your own multi-million-dollar projects, your career will move forward fast.
Work on challenging and high-profile commercial interiors in the city. You’ll develop your leadership skills by running jobs that demand tight coordination and flawless execution, all while increasing your project portfolio and market reputation.
Get the training and tools you need to stay ahead. You’ll use Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM technology daily, giving you an edge in modern construction management. Plus, continuous development opportunities mean you’ll always be progressing, not just maintaining.
What you’ll do
Manage the day-to-day operations on site, from layout to closeout, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to plan. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and logistics, keeping the site tight and efficient.
Track and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards, making sure everything meets the required levels. Work closely with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to keep communication clear and the schedule on track.
Help prep two-week lookaheads and keep the timeline tight, so projects finish on time. You’ll also keep Procore up to date, ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.
