Superintendent – Commercial Interiors
Wish your firm had more projects on Long Island?
We’re looking for a Super that lives on Long Island who can take the lead on local projects when they come up, in addition to Manhattan based projects.
You’ll take the lead on projects across corporate interiors, hospitality, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/infrastructure upgrades. You’ll be supported by seasoned Project Managers and office staff. You’ll join a Superintendent team where people tend to stay for a long time, many have been with the business for over a decade.
Alongside the opportunity to work on projects ranging from $2m -$10m, with flagship assignments reaching $30m, you’ll receive:
